馬灣珀麗灣$608萬成交持貨逾10年帳面獲利$229.2萬

美聯物業馬灣珀麗灣分行(2)助理區域經理陳勁匡表示，日前促成馬灣珀麗灣21座低層A室，實用面積549平方呎，建築面積約711平方呎，單位向北，坐擁海景，間隔實用，裝修企理，原叫價$690萬，雙方議價$82萬，終以$608萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$11,075，建築面積平均呎價$8,551。

據了解，原業主於2012年8月以約$378.8萬購入物業，持貨逾10年，帳面獲利$229.2萬，期內物業升值約61%。
