香港仔嘉和大廈2房累減$12萬至$360萬承接

世紀21怡和-尹美嫦經理表示，該行新近促成香港仔嘉和大廈成交，單位為B座中層08室，實用面積371平方呎，屬2房間隔，座向北面，望樓景，原開價$372萬，獲區內上車客洽購，累減$12萬至$360萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$9,704。

尹美嫦指出，原業主於1991年1月購入上址，當時作價$50萬，持貨34年至今沽售，賬面獲利$310萬，單位期內大幅升值6.2倍。
