青衣灝景灣9座低層3房戶以$880萬易手帳面獲利「6球」

中原地產 - 李永康經理表示，該行剛促成分支家庭斥 $880萬承接青衣灝景灣684實呎戶，原業主持貨23年，帳面獲利「6球」。

李永康指出，剛成交單位為青衣灝景灣9座低層E室，實用面積684平方呎，屬3房間隔。據悉，買家為區內分支家庭，憧憬樓市向好，遂議價後以$880萬承接，實用呎價約$12,865。

資料顯示，原業主2002年以$280萬購入單位，持有23年，帳面賺$600萬。
