開幕時大排長龍｜美國三文治店Eggslut攻港僅20個月本月23日結業爆紅嫩滑炒蛋包成絕響

美國人氣三文治品牌Eggslut，以招牌嫩蛋三文治和半熟蛋安格斯漢堡扒漢堡聞名，近日在其社交專頁宣布，位於銅鑼灣Fashion Walk的店鋪將於2月23日停止營業。這是Eggslut在香港的唯一分店，自2023年6月開業以來，僅經營了約20個月，此次結業意味著品牌將撤出香港市場。

Eggslut總部位於美國洛杉磯，以其滑蛋和炒蛋聞名，主打菜式包括嫩滑炒蛋三文治漢堡、半熟蛋薯蓉配多士以及USDA三角脊扒三文治等。除香港外，Eggslut的分店也遍佈於英國倫敦、新加坡、日本和韓國等地，每次新店開幕都吸引大量食客排隊品嚐，香港分店開業時也曾大排長龍，成為一時熱話。
