長沙灣Belgravia Place 2期開價涉50伙 4球入場呎價萬五恒地林達民期望首批「一Q清枱」

恒地長沙灣巴域街Belgravia Place 2期，今日公布了首張價單，涉及50伙，入場價408.8萬元，入場呎價為15,088元，與去年2月開賣的第1期首批相比，入場價及呎價均有所提高，預計關鍵日期為2026年8月31日。

Belgravia Place 2期首張價單提供1至3房單位，實用面積介於262至518平方呎。折實價408.8萬元起，折實呎價為15,008元起。

恒基物業代理董事及營業（一）部總經理林達民稱，首批為「盛放價」，相比1期貨尾有約3%的折讓，希望以低價吸納更多買家，期望首批可以「一Q清枱」。

Belgravia Place 1期於去年2月推出，首批148伙的折實價格範圍為316.8萬至730.7萬元，折實呎價14,838至17,314元。其中1房最低價格的單位為1A座3樓10室，實用面積264平方呎，折實價396.27萬元，呎價15,010元。

Belgravia Place 2期的示範單位於今日下午開始起率先開放予恒地會會員參觀，最快明日(22日)起開始對公眾開放，並同時開始收票。
