長沙灣昇悅居高層3房戶減價$2,000 以約$2.8萬租出

香港置業西九龍泓景臺分行市務經理(銷售)黎俊華表示，該行剛促成一宗長沙灣昇悅居租務成交，上述租出單位為昇悅居1座高層G室，屬3房間隔，實用面積約672平方呎，建築面積約886平方呎。黎俊華指，業主以約$3萬放租約2星期即吸引同區客洽詢，雙方議價後減價約$2,000，以約$2.8萬租出，實用呎租約$41.7，建築呎租約$31.6

資料顯示，業主於2002年5月以約$296.5萬購入上述單位，若按現時租金水平計算，業主享回報約11.3厘。
