世紀21富山-劉倩彤董事表示，剛促成位處鑽石山采頤花園5座中層F室，單位實用面積為588平方呎，3房設計，望西南內園景單位，新近以$568萬(居二市場價)成交，實用面積平均呎價為$9,660，業主原叫價為$620萬，最終大幅減價$52萬成交，減幅約8.4%成功售出單位。

原業主於2000年以約$160萬(未補地價)購入至今，持貨25年帳面升值$408萬，期間大幅升值約2.5倍。
