銷情「翻生」｜尚瓏單日標售6伙特色戶吸金逾5765萬兩兩周沽113伙套現逾8.3億

由富豪酒店集團（0078）發展的西營盤單幢項目尚瓏，早前大幅劈價逾三成後銷情明顯「翻生」。項目昨日以招標形式連沽6伙特色戶，包括開放式至三房單位，合共套現約5,765萬元。其中一伙30樓C室，實用面積423平方呎，屬兩房間隔，連200平方呎平台，成交價1,363.9萬元，折合實呎約32,243元。

尚瓏早前於一周內兩度以價單形式沽出107伙，連同是次招標售出6伙，合共套現超過8.3億元，成功扭轉過去四年多低迷的銷情。

尚瓏現已屆現樓，並已入伙逾兩年，全盤共提供130伙，涵蓋開放式至三房間隔。項目於2021年3月推出首張價單，涉及50伙，當時入場費由688.1萬元起，惟僅售出7伙，套現約7,500萬元，僅佔全盤約5%。發展商去年將部分單位轉為放租。
