因電影《金手指》而再次成為焦點的已故馬來西亞商人陳松青，近其家族近日出售鰂魚涌單幢樓CASA 880一個低層單位，呎價創屋苑10年來新低。

該成交單位位於CASA 880低層，實用面積約832平方呎，3房1套間隔連多用途房。據了解，新買家為專才家庭客，最終以1,105萬購入單位，實用呎價僅13,281，為屋苑近10年來最低水平。

資料顯示，陳松青家族於2009年以686萬購入上述單位，持貨約16年，即使以低市價成交，轉手帳面仍賺419萬。

陳松青生前曾為「佳寧案」的核心人物，其事跡因2023年上映的港產片《金手指》再次引起大眾討論。雖然陳松青已於2021年離世，但其家族名下資產的動向仍備受市場關注，是次成交亦引起迴響。
