美聯物業 - 佘錦驊經理表示，該行剛促成逸濤灣一個556實呎優質戶成交。同區用家鍾情屋苑質素及環境，加上樓價合預算，故以$1,068萬意頭價承接。

上述成交單位為逸濤灣春瑤軒高層A室，實用面積約556平方呎，建築面積約744平方呎，屬兩房間隔，單位客飯廳分明，間隔實用。由於屋苑配套完善，交通便利，故獲用家垂青，並以$1,068萬成交，折合實用呎價約$19,209，建築呎價約$14,355。

資料顯示，原業主於2022年5月以約$1,398萬購入該單位，是次轉手帳面蝕讓約$330萬，物業貶值約24%。
