跑馬地One Jardine's Lookout錄首宗二手成交炒家十個月速賺181萬！

樓市略為回暖，短炒獲利個案增加。去年以低價策略發售的英皇國際旗下跑馬地One Jardine's Lookout，最新錄得首宗二手成交，一伙兩房單位以1,250萬元沽出，原業主持貨十個月賬賺181萬元。

據悉該單位為One Jardine's Lookout高層B室，屬兩房間隔，實用面積約515平方呎，最新成交價為1,250萬元，折合呎價約24,272元。

原業主於去年10月以1,068.6萬元一手買入單位，早前推出市場後迅速獲新買家承接，原業主持貨十個賬面獲利181萬元或17%。若扣除稅務等使費，料業主仍能大幅獲利約119萬元或11%。

One Jardine's Lookout為位於跑馬地宏德街1號的單棟樓，提供123伙，戶型涵蓋開放式至四房戶，單位面積介乎179至1,211平方呎。One Jardine's Lookout去年九月以低價策略推售，首批單位折實入場費415.8萬元，折實平均呎價17,904元，無論入場費及均價均創一手新例後同區新低。
