觀塘兩工廈申活化

(記者 顏倫樂) 政府去年提出重啟活化工廈後,多幢工廈積極參與。近日城規會再收到兩宗新申請,其中觀塘巧明街71號晶苑工業大廈,有財團申請放寬地積比率限制,由現時的12倍提升至14.4倍,項目地盤面積約13,688方呎,計劃興建一幢34層高商廈(包括3層地庫及1層空中花園),擬建總樓面約197,112方呎。申請人指,計劃將協助觀塘商貿區過渡至第2個核心商業區。

此外,觀塘偉業街203號同得仕大廈,財團亦申請放寬地積比率限制,同樣提升兩成至14.4倍。項目地盤面積約10,075方呎,計劃興建一幢25層高的新式工廈(包括2層地庫),總樓面約145,083方呎。
