西貢超豪宅易主！原業主連加建材料費蝕超過一億！

香港西貢區的高尚物業市場再次成交，清水灣道232號「Air House」以約5.138億元成交，吸引了內地買家的關注。據土地註冊處的資料顯示，此次交易對象為一位來自內地的新業主。

「Air House」原業主於2019年以逾5億元購入此樓宇。該物業佔地約36,500平方呎，並在2022年完成了一系列的加建和翻新工程。經過改造後，物業現為一座兩層高的獨立別墅，擁有約60,000平方呎的大型草地花園和一個20米長的私人泳池，顯得極為氣派。此外，別墅還設有獨立的停車庫。

原業主總投資超過6億元，包括購買價及後續的建築及裝修費用。然而，根據最近的成交記錄，業主在持有期間累計虧損逾億元，最終以較低價錢離場。此次交易的平均呎價為約3萬元。
