世紀21奇豐-廖振雄董事表示，新近錄得西貢白沙灣花園B段雙號屋別墅成交。物業實用面積2,114平方呎，屬3房連雙套房及工人房，望山景海景，原叫價$2,980萬，以$2,700萬易手，累減$280萬，實用面積平均呎價$12,772，低市價5%。

據了解，原業主於2009年9月購入上址，當時作價$2,950萬，持貨16年至今將物業沽售，賬面虧蝕$250萬離場，物業期內跌幅8%。
