西營盤舊樓獲批強拍 底價5.25億

香港文匯報訊(記者 黎梓田)疫市下強拍活動持續,具重建潛力的市區舊樓成為焦點。早前獲財團入紙申請強拍的西營盤高街120、122號翠樺樓,獲土地審裁處批出強拍令,底價為5.25億元。

西營盤高街120、122號翠樺樓為一幢12層高的商住物業,於1968年落成,申請人包括寶盛國際興業、能成發展及禧兆有限公司,現時合共已持有93.75%業權,物業地盤面積4,967方呎。

資料顯示,寶盛國際興業有限公司、能成發展有限公司及禧兆有限公司三間公司董事均為李琪翔等,過往曾多次替新世界進行併購,不排除今次強拍申請與新世界或相關人士有關。該財團早前亦透過強制拍賣,以底價2.1億元投得毗鄰的高街124及126號紹德樓舊樓,成功統一全部業權,不排除兩個項目將合併發展。
