西半山殷然減價至$1,880萬成交

美聯物業西半山天匯分行高級分區營業經理林懋霖表示,該行剛促成西半山殷然高層B室單位,實用面積約588平方呎,2房,由於屋苑環境吸引,位處傳統豪宅地段,加上發展商品牌,故鍾情上述單位,原業主叫價為$2,068萬,但見買家有誠意,故減價至$1,880萬成交,實用面積平均呎價約為$31,973。

據悉,原業主於2016年5月以約$1,627.8萬購入上述物業,是次轉手帳面獲利約$252.2萬,物業升值約15%。
