西半山堅道低層單位$928萬成交 減價逾$100萬

美聯物業西半山威勝分行助理區域經理黎啟康表示,該行剛促成西半山堅道嘉年華閣一個630實呎戶成交,剛促成的為低層A室單位,實用面積約為630平方呎,由於物業位處傳統豪宅地段,原業主開價約$1,030萬,並獲同區用家垂青,議價後減至約$928萬成交,減價逾$100萬,而折合實用呎價約為$14,730。

原業主於2009年5月份以約$388萬購入上述物業,是次轉手帳面獲利約$540萬,物業升值約139%。
