美聯物業港島西-西寶城分行首席聯席區域經理蘇振宇表示,該行剛促成西半山嘉兆臺3座高層A室單位,實用面積約812平方呎,建築面積約為1,052平方呎,3房連套房間隔,由於單位間格四正實用,而且樓價合理,位處傳統豪宅地段,故獲外區用家垂青,並以$1,508萬成交,實用面積平均呎價約$18,571,建築面積平均呎價約為$14,335。

據了解,原業主於2010年7月以約$960萬購入上述物業,是次轉手帳面獲利約$548萬,物業升值約57%。
