荃灣一間獨立屋昨晚近7時發生爆竊案，兩名賊人撬開屋外大閘，入屋大肆搜掠，更把放在戶主睡房內的夾萬搬到後花園撬開，奪去勞力士名錶飾、鑽石首飾及Hermès手袋等財物、賊人得手後逃去。女住戶事後報警，經初步點算後，共失去7個手袋、10隻手錶及一些珠寶，總值約825萬元財物。這個較少被大眾的注意的豪宅屋苑名叫柏廬（Route Twisk Villa），到底是甚麼來頭？
