荃灣爵悅庭東爵軒高層3房戶$750萬成交原業主近平手沽出

美聯物業 - 姚偉明董事表示，荃灣爵悅庭近日錄得一宗成交，單位為東爵軒高層H室，實用面積597平方呎，屬3房間隔，最新以$750萬易手，折合實用呎價約$12,563。

姚偉明指，原業主約半年前以$880萬放盤，因已覓得心儀換樓對象，遂加快沽貨套現。新買家為外區客，見單位間隔實用，環境理想，最終議價後購入作換樓自住用途。

資料顯示，原業主於2016年9月以約$748萬購入物業，持貨近9年，是次轉手帳面獲利僅$2萬，屬近平手沽出。
