成交單位為荃灣海之戀2期3A座中層D室，實用面積約820平方呎，屬3房套連工人套間隔，向南，享海景。單位一週前以月租$3.6萬放租，被專才家庭客睇樓一次即議價$1,000後以$3.5萬承租，實用呎租約$42.7。

資料顯示，業主2017年以$1,513萬購入單位，以是次租值計算，租賃回報約2.8厘。
