美聯物業荃灣海之戀分行(5)高級分區營業經理何振榮表示，該行剛促成荃灣樂悠居的租務成交，單位為高層06室，實用面積約312平方呎，建築面積約433平方呎，1房間隔，座向東南，客飯廳享開揚景致，以$1.35萬獲承租，實用面積平均呎租$43.3，建築面積平均呎租$31.2。

據了解，新租客為區內客，屬專業人士，僅睇樓一次，一見鍾情。業主於2021年4月以約$598萬購入物業，若以目前租金回報計算，租賃回報逾2.7厘。
