翠華重返中環舖租慳8成半奶油豬加價8成叉燒飯貴過鏞記

有「蘭桂坊照妖鏡」之稱的翠華餐廳近日重返中環，新分店位於中環威靈頓街1號荊威廣場地舖，面積約5,089平方呎，有報導指可容納約200個座位。去年3月，市場已傳出消息，指翠華以每月35萬元承租該舖位，呎租約69元，不過消息一直只聞樓梯響，新店直至最近才開張營業。

翠華向來是「貴價」茶記，食品定價比其他茶餐廳貴，單單是一碗叉燒飯，身家已經非同凡響，「神之叉燒飯」索價90大元，還有另一款升級牌的「鐵板神之叉燒」更高達120元，比起比中環鏞記家售75元的外賣「炭燒蜜汁叉燒飯」身價更高。至於招牌菜「奶油豬」，翠華自家外賣平台「快翠送」及一般分店售20元，機場分店售22元，中環新店則高達36元，比一般分店足足貴了8成！

翠華昔的旗艦店位於現址附近的威靈頓街15至19號香港工商大廈地庫、地下、閣樓及1樓，為4層超級巨舖，總面超過8,000平方呎，2014年租金高峰期月租高達230萬元。以現舖月租35萬元計算，新舖的租金足足慳了近85%！
