粉嶺錦福大廈2房累減$55萬至$430萬獲承接

中原地產粉嶺中心分行首席分區營業經理張曼筠表示，日前粉嶺錦福大廈低層A室，單位實用面積418平方呎，建築面積604平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$485萬，議價後以$430萬獲承接，累減$55萬，實用面積平均呎價$10,287。

中原張曼筠指，新買家為一對年輕夫婦，原先睇區內租盤，但見樓價回落，單位合用，加上業主提供合理議價空間，把握機會入市單位自住。據了解，原業主則於1993年以$143萬購入上址，持貨29年，是次沽出單位獲利約$287萬離場，單位期內升值約2倍。
