粉嶺碧湖花園2房議價後以$390萬獲承接

中原地產-周志華經理表示，日前促成粉嶺碧湖花園1座中層F室，單位實用面積400平方呎，建築面積518平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$418萬，日前議價後以$390萬獲承接，實用面積平均呎價$9,750。

中原周志華指，新買家為上車客，見單位間隔合用，價錢於$400萬以下，即購入單位作自住之用。據了解，原業主於2017年以$435萬購入上址，持貨8年，現轉手賬面蝕$45萬離場，單位期內貶值10.3%。
