粉嶺工業地招標售

香港文匯報訊地政總署昨日公布，將公開招標出售位於新界粉嶺安樂門街、安全街與安居街交界的粉嶺上水市地段第268號用地。招標於12月11日開始，1月8日截標。

該地地盤面積約4,028平方米，可作工業、倉庫及附屬辦公室、研究所、設計及發展中心、貨物裝卸及貨運設施等，最高樓面20,140平方米，不包括將由買方按照賣地條件所興建的公眾停車場樓面面積。

綜合市場資訊，地皮估值介乎6.5億至9.54億元，預計每方呎樓面地價約3,000至4,400元。
