筲箕灣居屋東霖苑高層2房戶綠表價$365萬成交

世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促成筲箕灣居屋東霖苑成交，單位為高層12室，實用面積427平方呎，採2房1廳間隔，座向東南望山景。單位於7月初放盤，當時開價$380萬，獲白居二買家洽購，終以$365萬(綠表價) 成交，累減15萬，減幅約4%，實用面積呎價$8,548。原業主於1997年以$9661000（未補地價）購入上址，持貨26年至今易手，賬面獲利$266萬，單位升值2.80倍。

郭少玲指出，同類型單位成交為4月高層$408萬沽，對比本次成交跌近10%，創新低價成交。
