筲箕灣居屋東霖苑綠表價$430萬易主持貨27年賬面獲利$297.35萬

世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促成筲箕灣居屋東霖苑中層03室，實用面積607平方呎，採3房間隔，單位於2021年8月放盤，當時開價$638萬，期間多番減價，至今年2月調整叫價至$458萬，獲白居二買家洽購，終以$430萬(綠表價) 成交，累減$208萬，實用面積平均呎價$7,084。

據了解，原業主於1997年以$132.65萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨27年至今易手，賬面獲利$297.35萬，單位期內升值逾2.2倍。
