筆架思索價｜九龍半山BEACON PEAK開價首推67伙1,139萬入場低市價兩成！

世茂集團旗下九龍半山延坪道BEACON PEAK第1期，早前以招標形式率先售出4伙，今日公布首張價單，涉及67伙，折實價由1,139萬元起，折實呎價最低15,998元，較同區市價低約兩成，預料可帶動區內承接力。

首批單位涵蓋兩房及三房為主，分別佔30伙及37伙，實用面積介乎712至985平方呎。入場單位為6座10樓D室，實用面積712平方呎，屬兩房間隔，經最高6%折扣後，折實價1,139萬元，呎價15,998元。

傲成物業發展部高級銷售及市場策劃經理宮照瀚表示，項目首批價錢以區內同類型新盤作參考，較市價約有兩成折讓，形容為「筆架思索價」。他補充，項目最快下周開售，預期開價具吸引力。至於大單位則維持以招標形式陸續推售。
