中原地產新界東御龍山分行高級分行經理姚枝榮表示，日前促成火炭柏翠小築A座中層02室租賃成交，單位實用面積1,040平方呎，建築面積1,097平方呎，3房連套房間隔，開價約$2.9萬，議價後連雙車位以$2.7萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$26。

中原姚枝榮指，新買家為外區客，見單位少有放盤，價錢合理，即把握機會租入單位自用。據了解，業主則於1997年以約$650萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約5厘租金回報。
