火炭晉名峰3房套議價後以$3.4萬連車位租出

中原地產駿景園分行首席分區營業經理陳韻兒表示，日前促為火炭晉名峰D座中層A室租賃成交，實用面積922平方呎，建築面積1,180平方呎，座向東南，3房連套房間隔，望山景，開價約$3.5萬，雙方議價後以$3.4萬連車位租出，實用面積平均呎租$36.9。

中原陳韻兒表示，新租客為外區家庭客，見屋苑環境舒適，租金合理，即決定租入單位自住。據了解，業主於2011年以約$894萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約4.6厘租金回報。
