火炭御龍2房議價後以$760萬沽出

中原地產-霍栢雄經理表示，火炭御龍山最新錄得成交單位為11座高層D室，單位實用面積494平方呎，建築面積648平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$780萬，日前議價後以$760萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$15,385。

中原霍栢雄指，新買家為同區客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位少有放盤，價錢亦屬合理，即決定購入單位自住。據了解，原業主則於2012年以$590萬買入單位，持貨約13年，是次易手賬面獲利約$170萬，單位期內升值約28.8%。
