清水灣半島減$30萬至$570萬易主期間市值勁升1.3倍

世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，最新成交為清水灣半島八座低層C室，屬實用面積達526平方呎的兩房海景戶，剛以$570萬沽出，較業主上月放盤叫價$600萬，一口價減$30萬成交，減幅5%，實用面積平均呎價$10,837。

魏仕良補充，原業主於2001年2月以約$239.6萬購入物業至今，現成功以$570萬售出，持貨23年帳面獲利$330.4萬，期間市值勁升1.3倍。
