深井豪景花園海景單位成交價$1,110萬持貨約15年勁賺$380萬

美聯物業-陸康誠經理表示，成交單位為深井豪景花園22座低層B室，實用面積約1,381平方呎，3房連套房及工人套單位，向東南，望海景。據悉，新買家為同區區客，心儀單位享海景，而且有裝潢。原業主開價$1,200萬，雙方議價後終以$1,110萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$8,038。

資料顯示，原業主於2010年以$730萬購入上址，持貨約15年，是次轉手帳面勁賺$380萬或52%。
