美聯物業海怡半島東翼利南道分行助理區域經理林潤強表示,該行剛促成海怡半島5座極高層G室,實用面積610平方呎,建築面積748平方呎,2房套房及儲物房間隔,單位實用,故獲同區換樓客鍾情,並以約$920萬市價承接,實用面積平均呎價約為$15,082元,建築面積平均呎價約為$12,299。

原業主於1996年3月份以約$315萬購入上述物業,是次轉手帳面獲利約$597萬,物業升值約190%
