世紀21奇豐物業沙田區營業董事莊振耀表示，該行新近促成沙田翠湖花園D座頂層戶成交，單位實用面積742平方呎，屬3房1廳間隔，座向西北，望馬場河景。放盤5個月，原叫價$930萬，減幅15.3%，累減$142萬至$788萬成交，實用面積呎價$10,620。

據了解，原業主於2006年5月以$327萬購入上址，持貨18年至今沽售，賬面獲利$461萬，單位期內升值1.4倍。
