世紀21奇豐物業愉翠苑分行經理表示，該行新近錄得沙田濱景花園成交，單位為5座中層D室，實用面積395平方呎，2房1廳間隔，座向西北望河景。單位原叫價$600萬，放盤7個月，減$82萬至$518萬沽出，實用面積呎價$13,114。

據了解，原業主早於1997年10月以$339.2萬購入上址，持貨27年至今沽售，賬面獲利$178.8萬，單位期內升值53%。
