沙田濱景花園累減$140萬至$460萬沽出期內升值1.2倍

世紀21奇豐物業愉翠苑分行經理楊麗娟表示，該行新近促成沙田濱景花園3座高層G室，實用面積394平方呎，2房間隔，座向西南望市景，單位原叫價$600萬，放盤1年3個月，累減$140萬至$460萬沽出，減幅23.3%，實用面積平均呎價$11,675。

據了解，原業主於2008年7月以$210萬購入上址，持貨17年至今沽售，賬面獲利$250萬，單位期內升值1.2倍。
