沙田欣廷軒2房以$649萬成交賬面獲利$174萬

世紀21奇豐物業愉翠苑分行經理楊麗娟表示，該行新近錄得沙田欣廷軒2座中層H室成交，單位實用面積393平方呎，2房間隔，座向西北望園景，單位放盤4個月，原叫價$718萬，獲買家洽購以$649萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$16,514。

據了解，原業主於2016年4月購入上述單位，當時作價$475萬，持貨8年至今沽售，賬面獲利$174萬，單位期內升值37%。
