沙田新城市廣場3房累減約$300萬至$1,100萬沽

中原地產沙田市中心分行區域營業董事黎宗文表示，成交單位為沙田新城市廣場1座中層E室，單位實用面積733平方呎，建築面積855平方呎，3房間隔，去年4月開價約$1,400萬，日前議價後以$1,100萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$15,007，累減約$300萬。

據了解，新買家為用家，見屋苑交通方便，單位間隔合用，即把握機會入市單位自住。原業主則於2001年以$410萬購入單位，持貨23年，現轉手賬面獲利約$690萬離場，單位升值約168%。
