中原地產沙田市中心分行區域營業董事黎宗文表示，整體交投氣氛正面，大圍及沙田區本月暫錄約115宗成交，較上月同期大增約6成多，其中沙田全輝中心佔3宗成交。屋苑最新錄B座中層02室，單位建築面積363平方呎，實用面積266平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$340萬，日前議價後以$306萬獲承接，實用面積平均呎價$11504。

據了解，新買家為上車客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位間隔合用，即承接單位自用。據了解，原業主於2008年以約$103萬購入單位連車位，持貨16年，是次易手帳面獲利約$203萬離場。單位期內升值約197%。
