沙田偉華中心1座高層累減$42後以$478萬沽出

中原地產沙田站第一分行高級資深分區營業經理敖國偉表示，沙田及大圍區本月暫錄約50宗成交，較上月同期增約20%，沙田偉華中心剛錄本月首宗成交，分行最新錄1座高層F室，實用面積358平方呎，建築面積483平方呎，2房間隔，座向東南，望開揚景觀，放盤時叫價約$520萬，議價後以$478萬將單位沽出，折合平均實用呎價$13,352，累減$42萬。

據了解，原業主於2011年2月以$230萬買入單位，持貨13年，賬面獲利$248萬，單位期內升值約108%。
