沙田中心2房議價後以$650萬易手 期內升值約2.5倍

中原地產沙田市中心及大涌橋路區高級資深區域營業董事蔡創文表示,日前促成沙田中心安寧大廈(E座)中層A室,單位實用面積390平方呎,建築面積507平方呎,2房間隔,享開揚內園池景及史諾比公園景,議價後以$650萬易手,實用面積平均呎價約$16,667。

中原蔡創文表示,新買家為同區客,已睇樓一段時間,早前多次因還價幅度過大而未能達成交易,見上述單位質素高,業主亦提供合理議價空間,即入市單位自用。據了解,原業主於2009年以$186萬入市上址,持貨13年,是次沽出單位獲利約$464萬離場,單位升值約2.5倍。
