永倫14.5億底價投得新安大廈

號新安大廈昨日進行強制拍賣,由老牌家族永倫集團在無競爭對手下,以底價14.5億元投得,成功統一業權。負責拍賣的萊坊專業服務董事總經理陳致馨表示,受新冠肺炎疫情影響,商廈收購過程變得容易,但認為商舖在未來12個月難以恢復至疫情前景象。

重建樓面可逾8萬方呎

萊坊表示,銅鑼灣景隆街20,20A,20B ,22,24,26,26A,26B及28號新安大廈,由1號買家Spotting Bright Limited以底價14.5億元成功收購。物業為一幢11層高商住大廈,地段面積約5,388方呎,規劃「商業(1)」,市場預計可以地積比率約15倍重建,可建樓面約8.13萬方呎,每呎樓面地價約1.78萬元。

翻查資料,新世界或相關人士早於2015年透過兩間公司收購上述大廈,在2017年更以2.15億元向賭王四太梁安琪收購地舖。惟在2018年底,該兩間公司董事更換為永倫集團主席倫耀基,估計收購由永倫接手。
