不少打工仔都要跨區上班，浪費時間舟車勞頓之餘，還要受「迫車」之苦，「樓下返工、樓上返屋企」是很多人的夢想。屯門海麗花園最新錄得一宗租務成交，一名區內上班族以月租1.05萬元承租兩房單位，輕鬆實現「返工零距離」。

利嘉閣地產高級經理陳志偉表示，是次租出單位位於海麗花園1座高層H室，實用面積約426平方呎，屬兩房間隔，擁開揚景觀。新租客為區內上班族，因工作地點就在樓下，大讚返工方便，可節省大量通勤時間，因此一拍即合。業主原本開價1.1萬元，議價後減至1.05萬元成交，呎租約24.6元。

資料顯示，業主早於2006年以約90.5萬元購入上址，現今月收租1.05萬元，租金回報高達約13.9厘，成為區內罕見高回報個案。
