樂富德強苑居屋A座高層2房戶綠表客趁低以$455萬吸納

世紀21富山(香港)地產聯席董事劉倩彤表示新近促成為樂富德強苑居屋單位成交，剛售出為A座高層08室，單位實用為404平方呎，兩房兩廳向東享開揚景觀單位，剛以居二市場價$455萬成交，實用面積呎價為$11,262。

據了解單位業主放盤1年，原叫價$500萬，最終減價$45萬成交，減幅9%。由於原業主於2017年才以$485萬(未補地價)購入至今，持貨7年帳面損失$30萬，期間市值輕微跌價6%。
