世紀21物業(杏花邨)助理區域董事鄭智鐘表示,該行新近促成柴灣杏花邨43座高層03室租賃成交,實用面積645平方呎,3房間隔,座向西面望上杏花開揚景。單位於9月初放盤,叫價$2.2萬,獲租客以月租$2.1萬承租,實用面積平均呎租$32.6。

據了解,業主於2023年7月以$955萬購入上址,現以月租$2.1萬租出,可享租金回報率2.6厘。
