美聯物業東涌東堤分行高級分區營業經理王梓岐表示，該行最新促成東涌東堤灣畔8座中低層B室，實用面積約821平方呎，建築面積約1,102平方呎，3房連套房及工人房單位，間隔方正實用，原業主開價$938萬，見買家實在，轉手已有獲利，雙方議價$18萬，終以$920萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$11,206，建築面積平均呎價約$8,348。

據了解，原業主2000年以$325.4萬購入上述單位，持貨逾22年，帳面獲利$594.6萬，期內物業升值逾1.8倍。
