杏花邨2房內園景$710萬獲承接 物業大幅升值約106%

美聯物業杏花邨助理營業董事李聖智表示,該行剛促成杏花邨13座中層4室單位,實用面積約475平方呎,建築約583平方呎,2房間隔,方廳,望內園景,而且單位附有不俗裝修,故獲外區租客鍾情,並以$710萬承接,實用面積平均呎價約為$14,947,建築面積平均呎價約為$12,178。

據了解,原業主早於2010年1月以$345萬購入上述物業,是次轉手大幅獲利約$365萬,物業大幅升值約106%。
