日出康城SEA TO SKY 2房戶以月租$1.8萬租出 2020年貨租賃回報約3厘

美聯物業-劉世華經理表示，該行新近促成日出康城SEA TO SKY第2座低層F室的租賃成交，單位實用面積約468平方呎，屬2房間隔，獲租客以月租$1.8萬承租，實用面積平均呎租約$38。

劉世華指，租客原租同區屋苑峻瀅，因鍾情SEA TO SKY樓齡較新，並且單位新淨企理，故以月租$1.8萬成交。原業主於2020年7月以約$754萬購入上述單位，若以目前租金計算，租金回報約2.9厘。
